*Royal Flush - the best hand in poker and almost certainly, the most difficult to have. It is simply because; this card can only be gotten if you have an Ace to Ten card the exact same suit.

*Straight Flush - both straight flush and royal flush are followed in sequence and must be in same suit. However, if we will talk about straight flush, it is a combination of 5 cards in sequence and of the same suit but not needing to have a high card of Ace. Any combination of five cards in same suit can do. For example, Ace-Two-Three-Four-Five or Nine-Ten-Jack-Queen-King will do.

*Four Of A Kind - this will be described if you're having four cards of the same rank. So as an example, 4 Aces, 4 Jacks, 4 Kings as long as it has the same suit. The fifth card is called the kicker.

*Full House - same goes with 4 of a kind, but full house include only 3 cards of one rank and another pair of card of different suit. Let's say for example that you've got three Sevens and two Eights, three Kings and two Aces. That's how we are going to determine a Full House.

*Flush - Flush are also same to straight flash. It has 5 cards of same suits but in flush, the ranks are not in series.

*Straight - unlike to straight flush that should be in series and on the same suit, straight are also in sequence but of different suits. For example, Ten of Hearts, Jack of Diamonds, Eight of Diamonds, Nine of Clubs and Queen of Spades.

*3 Of A Kind - three cards of different suits and plus a couple of cards with different ranks and suits.

*Two Pairs - samples of 2 pairs are Jack of Spade, Jack of Spade and Queen of Hearts, Queen of Hearts.

*Pair - only 1 pair for a five hand card. The 3 cards that are remaining are of different ranks and suits.
