Spongebob Squarepants And His Friends

By Franco Blanc

Spongebob is a light hearted as well as happy sea sponge that lives in the ocean. He has a couple of buddies and always finds himself in interesting circumstances. His favorite hobby is practicing martial arts.

He is a cook who tries his best while working in the Krusty Krabs.

Spongebob himself looks pretty comical. He is yellow and seems to be wearing a school boy uniform. He has a gap in between his front teeth and has a funny tone of voice. His underwear is square and his pants also.

You usually see the show starting with Spongebob in his pineapple shaped house.

Patrick the blunder

Patrick is Spongebob's best friend. Patrick is not that wise and he has a goofy tone of voice also. He's a big, clumsy, and fat starfish but this individual always really wants to help out.

Sandy

Sandy is a good friend of Spongebob who he meets in the earlier episodes of the show. She's a squirrel who lives in the sea. her house is an underwater dome that is full of oxygen. When Spongebob visited her the first, he almost dried out.

She loves training karate and when she first met Spongebob both of them were in a karate showdown.

Mr. Krabs the boss

Spongebob's money hungry employer is called mister Krusty. He is a crab who operates the restaurant and is very cheap. He attempts to use Spongebob and Squidward to make him a lot of money, while giving them a menial salary.

Squidward, mr grumpy

Squidward is the angry and quite jealous sea animal you will find in the cartoon. This really is quite humorous, because his arrogance generally gets him in trouble rather than helping him out. Squidward hates his job at the Krusty Krabs

Another thing that makes the cartoon so enjoyable to watch is the fact that abnormal things happen that normally would be impossible. Some of these things are talking seafood and houses in which sea creatures live.

Spongebob and friends make this a really funny cartoon. There are lots of jokes which will fly over the head of young watchers, but most the jokes will be understood.
