How to Prepare for Your First Gig like Sebastian Luciano

By Seth Lamar

You managed to get a gig at your neighborhood club, but in addition, it's your first job as well. You are starting to get nervous and queasy. You worry about it and ask yourself concerns like "will I perform well?" or "am I ready?" and even "what do I put on?".

Don't worry. You are not the only one who is like that. Many highly praised musicians like Keith Urban and Sebastian Luciano were in your shoes when they started their life as a musician. They got over it. That is why you got to force yourself to go ahead. You just need a couple of wonderful pointers to help you out.

A beginning step is taking a hold of your breathing. Personally, your voice is sometimes described as a wind instrument. Increased air flow can bring up a significant percentage meaning a cooler singing voice. Find some exercises that focus on fine breathing. Do this normally, and it will be like clockwork.

Always practice on your personal instrument. Whenever you have time during or after work, take up your instrument and train yourself as much as frequently as you can. Performer Sebastian Luciano takes the time in his life to work on his craft and stay active.

Do some practice before a number of people before the gig and be sure to be open to criticism. Probably if you find some positive criticism, you can use that to focus on what you require. Additionally, you can prevent yourself from any shame while playing on the stage.

Still, you will be sort of queasy before you head on stage before strangers and/or your friends/family. But this is common for performers like you and musician Sebastian Luciano. Though, with these tips, you can be lesser nervous than before.
