There are many different tests that can determine muscle endurance and strength. An endurance test can include counting the amount of push-ups that can be done without stopping. Also, weightlifting is a measurement of an individual's strength.

How much flexibility a person has is another essential test. Muscle flexibility dictates exactly how fit their muscles are according to how elastic their muscles are. There are quite a few methods that are used to test flexibility.
